Three Wedding Coordinators

  • Coordinators to attend one hour and thirty minutes of rehearsal prior to the wedding.
  • Coordinators to be present throughout the day of the wedding and reception to assist in making your day special and to ensure adherence to the wedding day itinerary.
  • Coordinators are responsible for keeping the wedding party organized and ready to begin the ceremony.

Security Indoor / Outdoor

Family Suite

SophistOccasions recognizes the importance of a bride having her loved ones close to her on her special day as she prepares for her ceremonial grand entrance. Therefore, we provide a beautiful and comfortable room, especially for the mothers and grandmothers to dote on their bride.
The Family Suite is adjacent to the bridal suite to facilitate a close proximity for ease of entering either room. This room features a lovely seating area as well as a place for families to bring snacks and drinks to help their bride and her attendants to stay nourished and hydrated throughout the day.
