SophistOccasions now offers Day-Of-Coordination, at other venues, for those DIY brides that want the extra security of knowing their wedding day will go perfectly! It removes unwanted stress from the Bride, Groom, Wedding Party and Family, by knowing an experienced coordinator will be there to guide and direct them. This service provides professional coordination to ensure everything goes smoothly in the ceremony and reception. Please note we are happy to discuss adapting this package to fit your individual needs. Let us know how we can help make your day perfect!
With our Day-Of-Coordination package, we become involved within the last few months prior to the wedding. You describe your dreams to us, and we will put customized plans in place for rehearsal and for the full day of your event. We build an itinerary made to correlate with the events and festivities you already have in place. Our timeline is made with a minute by minute list of what is happening with the who, what, when, and where’s.
Our goal is to help you and your guests enjoy memorable times, by making your event flow smoothly with no worries. We specialize in communication and work closely with your vendors so that everyone is on the same page from the start of the rehearsal to the conclusion of the grand exit. You can feel confident and just enjoy your day, knowing we will have everything under control!
$1200 for Day-of-Coordination
Coordinating a maximum of one and a half hour wedding rehearsal /consulting with venue for special needs
Being at venue for 8-10 hours on the day of wedding.
Creating a detailed timeline for the wedding day
Coordinate/consult with vendors upon their arrival at venue, providing them with a copy of timeline, directing them in set up, and be a liaison between Bride, Groom and vendors on the day of the wedding
Assist Wedding Party throughout the day, cue Family/Wedding Party at ceremony
Ensure that the ceremony and reception timeline is followed closely, and if needed, make adjustments to timeline to relieve stress from Bride and Groom.
Ensure that the reception timeline is flowing in a timely fashion, communicating with all vendors, Bride and Groom, Wedding Party and Family in the reception to keep the everyone on track and at the right place for important reception events.
