Are you a Do-It-Yourself Bride? We are pleased to offer a new service to help those brides who are unsure of how to get started in the wedding planning process. If you are looking for a little extra help getting started, you can count on us to get you going!

We offer sit-down consultations with a professional wedding planner that is a member of “West Texas Bridal.” We help answer questions based on the areas in which the bride needs help.

This service is billed at $50 per hour with a one hour minimum. We will apply the consultations fee to any package or service that you book with SophistOccasions. After hour/weekend appointments are available for your convenience.

At any time, however, in your planning process, you start feeling overwhelmed and decide to upgrade to a planning package, or day-of package, we will gladly discount your consultation fees from the total price of the package you choose.

  • Discussing your thoughts and ideas, pulling together design ideas or themes

  • Discussing vendor choices, as well as covering all services that you will need for a perfect wedding, and advising on ways to save money

  • Discussing how to stay on track with timelines, discussing a 12 month timeline to assure that you have all the bases covered
